Welcome to CodeFuse. We provide tools (such as a license enforcement NPM package and a SaaS dashboard) that help software developers protect their applications against unauthorized use or non-payment. By using CodeFuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

CodeFuse offers:

• An NPM package that connects to our server to enforce license status.
• A dashboard for freelancers and developers to manage project access.
• API access to control remote project behavior based on status (e.g., unpaid, suspended).

We do not:

• Collect payment from your clients.
• Intervene in your agreements with your clients.
• Take responsibility for how you use our tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You, the user, agree to:

• Use CodeFuse only in accordance with applicable local and international laws.
• Disclose to your clients that a remote license management or disabling mechanism is in place.
• Obtain legal consent from your clients before using the NPM package in deliverables.
• Not use CodeFuse for illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes (e.g., ransomware-like behavior).

4. Liability and Disclaimer

CodeFuse is not responsible for any damages or legal consequences resulting from how users apply our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeFuse, its owners, and employees from any claim or legal action arising from your use of the service.

CodeFuse does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Account and API Key Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. You must report any unauthorized use immediately.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we detect:

• Abuse or misuse of the service.
• Use in violation of these Terms.
• Legal complaints from third parties.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
